Remove the existing pavement, curb, and sidewalks.

Install new water main and tie existing services to the new water main.

Place gravel base course, grade, and compact. 


•
Install new concrete curb, fillets, sidewalks, and some driveway patches. 


•
Pave 14th Avenue with new asphalt


•
Backfill disturbed areas with topsoil, clean up debris, and plant grass.


Project Overview:

The project consists of installing new water main on 14th Ave from 6th Street to 8th Street. Along with this there will be substantial curb replacement, road reconstruction, and sidewalk ramp upgrades.
