On September 28, 2012, Risa Davis from Eclectic Preservation will be presenting Historic Properties 101 for Realtors - Successful Marketing and Financial Incentives for Historic Real Estate. The workshop will be at the Brookings City & County Government Center, 520 3rd Street on the 3rd floor, and costs $50 for registration.
The course will cover architectural history, marketing strategies, the National Register of Historic Places, and tax incentive programs that benefit your prospective buyers. The class is worth 6 Continuing Education Units.
