NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON A FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Dakota Land Design LLC has submitted a Final Development Plan within a Planned Development District on the following described real estate:

            Lot 1 in Block 3B in Prairie Hills Addition

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, in the Chamber Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.  Any action taken by the City Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
