The City of Brookings is seeking up to $74,000,000 on behalf of the BMU for the water system improvements from the Board of Water and Natural Resources. The expected DWSRF Loan terms are 2.125 percent for 30 years. The Board of Water and Natural Resources may forgive all or a portion of the loan principal.
