NOTICE OF HEARING

                                                   UPON PETITION TO REZONE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Seth Skogen and Abundant Life have submitted a petition to rezone the following described real estate in the City of Brookings and Brookings County, South Dakota:

Lot 2 of Block 13 of Morningside Addition, An Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota, from a Residence R-1B single-family district to a Planned Development District.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Monday, December 6, 2021 in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.  Any action taken by the City Planning Com­mission is a recommendation to the City Council. 

            Any person interested may appear and be heard on this matter.
