Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1, Final, for Project 2021-08STI 

Street Maintenance and Overlay Project; Bowes Construction, Inc.

Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2021-08STI, Street Maintenance and Overlay Project: 

Construction Change Order Number 1 (Final):  Adjust plan quantities to as-constructed quantities for a decrease of $25,209.43 and include additional work for an increase of $90,390.72. Combining these will result in the project cost increasing by $65,181.29. To accommodate the additional work, the substantial completion date shall be extended by 10 working days to close out the project.
