NOTICE OF HEARING ON A PRELIMINARY PLAT

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northern Plains Professional Properties LLC has submitted a preliminary plat of the following described real estate situated in the City of Brookings in Brookings County, South Dakota, to wit:

Blocks 1-3 in Northern Plains Addition

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Council at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. 

            Any person interested may appear and be heard on this matter.
