Ordinance 22-016

An Ordinance Pertaining to an Application for a 

Conditional Use to Establish a Hair Salon as a Major Home Occupation in a Residence R-1B Single-Family District

Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional Use Permit shall be approved to operate a hair salon on Lot 18, Block 4, Moriarty Edgebrook Addition, also known as 1636 Doral Drive, with the following conditions: 

1. The conditional use permit is for the applicant only and cannot be transferred to future property owners.

All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

First Reading:           April 19, 2022

Second Reading:     April 26, 2022
