NOTICE OF HEARING
UPON APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Todd Voss has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit on the following described real estate in the City of Brookings:
Lot 15, Block 3 of Folsom Addition, also known as 129 Main Avenue South.
The request is for mixed business/residential use in a Business B-3 Heavy District.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Council.
