NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lily Design has made a request for a variance on Lot Four (4) in Block Eight (8) of Folsom’s Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota, also known as 152 2^nd Avenue South. The request is to build a front porch further into the front yard than permitted. Porches, decks and platforms exceeding 30 inches in height may extend into a front yard no more than 48 inches.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be brought on for public hearing before the Board of Adjustment at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, October 4^th, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
