NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Perelandra, LLC has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit on the following described real estate in the City of Brookings: 

The Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section Six (6) Township One-Hundred Nine (109) North, Range Forty-Nine (49) West of the 5^th P.M., Except: Lot H-4, VanderVliet Addition, Bowes Addition and Bowes Second Addition Thereof, All in The City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota.

The request is for an Asphalt Mixing Plant in the Agriculture A District.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Com­mission is a recommendation to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard on this matter.
