Ordinance 22-036

An Ordinance Pertaining to an Application for a Conditional Use 

to Establish a Hot Mix Asphalt Plant in an Agriculture District.

Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional Use Permit shall be approved to establish a hot mix asphalt plant on the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section Six (6) Township One-Hundred Nine (109) North, Range Forty-Nine (49) West of the 5^th P.M., Except: Lot H-4, VanderVliet Addition, Bowes Addition and Bowes Second Addition Thereof, all in the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota.

All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Second Reading:                 November 8, 2022
