NOTICE OF HEARING

                                                   UPON PETITION TO REZONE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Brookings Municipal Utilities has submitted a petition to rezone the following described real estate in the City of Brookings and Brookings County, South Dakota:

Tract 1 of BMU WTP Addition, in the NW ¼ and the SW ¼ of Section 20, Township 110 North, Range 49 West of the 5^th P.M., Brookings County, South Dakota.

The request is to rezone the above described real estate from Agriculture District to Industrial I-1 District.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the Planning Com­mission is a recommendation to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
