NOTICE OF HEARING
UPON APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dusten Hendrickson has made a request for a variance on the north fifty feet of Lots 8, 9 and 10 in Block 13 of Second Addition also known as 510 Main Avenue. The request is for a zero-foot rear yard setback. The minimum rear yard setback in the Business B-1 central district is twenty feet.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the Board of Adjustment at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.
Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
