Notice of Public Hearing On Adoption Of Resolution Of Intent To Lease Real Property at Brookings Regional Airport to M&C Partners LLC

Notice Is Hereby given that on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 6:00 o’clock P.M., the Brookings City Council will hold a public hearing in the Chambers, Brookings City and Government Center, 520 3^rd Street, Brookings, South Dakota, on Resolution of Intent to lease to M&C Partners LLC the following property:

4,032 square feet on Site 117A and 117B at the Brookings Regional Airport, in Section 26 and 27, T110N, R50W in the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota.

At the time and place affixed for said public hearing, all who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposal to lease the above described property.
