Notice of Public Hearing on Adoption of Resolution of Intent 

To Lease Real Property in Section 11-T109N-R50W To Lyle Bothe

Notice is Hereby given that on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 6:00 o’clock P.M., the Brookings City Council will hold a public hearing in the Chambers, City & County Government Center, 520 3^rd Street, Brookings, South Dakota, on a Resolution of Intent to lease to Lyle Bothe the following property:

The designated hay land of eighteen acres more or less in Section 11, T109N, R50W, located at Main Avenue & 32^nd Street S. in the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota.

At the time and place affixed for said public hearing, all who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposal to lease the above described property to Lyle Bothe.
