NOTICE OF HEARING
UPON PETITION TO REZONE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Brookings Municipal Utilities has submitted a petition to rezone the following described real estate in the City of Brookings and Brookings County, South Dakota:
Tract 1 of BMU WTP Addition, in the NW ¼ and the SW ¼ of Section 20, Township 110 North, Range 49 West of the 5th P.M., Brookings County, South Dakota.
The request is to rezone the above described real estate from Agriculture District to Industrial I-1 District.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Council at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.
Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
