                        NOTICE OF HEARING ON A REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Prairie Hills LLC has submitted a revised preliminary plat of the following described real estate situated in the City of Brookings in Brookings County, South Dakota, to wit:

Lot 1A in Block 3B, Block 4, Block 5, Block 6, Block 8, Lot 157C, and Wetland D Tract 2, all in Prairie Hills Addition

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.  Any action taken by the City Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
