NOTICE OF HEARING

                                                   UPON PETITION TO REZONE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that TH Companies LLC has submitted a petition to rezone the following described real estate in the City of Brookings and Brookings County, South Dakota:

The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Excluding Outlot A in Section Three, Township 109, Range 50, Brookings County, South Dakota, also known as 1115 West 20^th Street South.

The request is to rezone the above described real estate from Agriculture to Residence R-2 Two-family District.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the Planning Commission is a recommendation made to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard on this matter.
