NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brookings City Council, Brookings, South Dakota, will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., CST, Tuesday, May 9, 2023, in the Brookings City & County Government Center Chambers, 520 Third Street, to consider adoption of a revision to the City Code of Ordinances, entitled Ordinance 23-015, an Ordinance to Change the Zoning Within the City of Brookings. rezoning Lots 89-91 of Block 11, and Wetland C Tract 1A in Prairie Hills Addition, from a Business B-2 District to a Residence R-3 Apartment District.  At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing thereon.  Dated in Brookings, South Dakota, this 28^th day of April, 2023.
