Resolution 23-045

Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1, for the 

Swiftel Center HVAC System Upgrade from Johnson Controls Inc. 

Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be approved for the HVAC System Upgrade for the Swiftel Center: 

Change Order Number 1: Adjust the total cost to $1,451,086, an increase of $25,920 from the original amount of $1,425,166.  The additional cost accounts for the addition of two tankless instant hot water heaters on the northeast and northwest sides of the arena. 

Passed and approved this 9^th day of May, 2023.
