An Ordinance to Change the Zoning Within the City of Brookings
Be It Ordained by the City of Brookings, South Dakota:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 2 Cree Village Indian Hills Addition from Business B-3 Heavy District to Planned Development District with Business B-2 District underlying zoning; and
Outlots 7A, 7, and 8, excluding Lot H1 and H2 in Lot 8, City of Brookings from RB-4 Neighborhood Business District to Planned Development District with Business B-2 District underlying zoning.
In accordance with Section 94-7 of Article I of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III and IV, Chapter 94 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance herewith pursuant to Articles III and IV, Chapter 94 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
