UPON PETITION TO VACATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That South Dakota State University and Alpha Phi-Alpha Gamma Rho Alumni Association have submitted a petition to vacate the following:

that portion of a street north of Eighth Street and adjacent to property formerly platted as Block One (1), University Addition             

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the City Council at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.

Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
