NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brookings City Council in and for the City of Brookings, South Dakota, on August 22, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brookings City & County Government Center Chambers, 520 Third Street, will meet in regular session to consider an application for the issuance of an On-Off Sale Malt License, with Video Lottery, for 4 Aces Casino, Suite D, Todd Voss, owner, 141 Main Avenue South, Suite B, Brookings, South Dakota, legal description: North ½ of Lot 12, South ½ of Lot 13, Block 3, Folsom Addition. At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing thereon.
