Request for Proposals: Downtown Master Plan
The City of Brookings is requesting proposals from qualified firms to complete a City of Brookings Downtown Master Plan. The Downtown Master Plan will provide analysis of existing conditions, goals, and objectives with strategies, expenditure estimates, and revenue recommendations. The Downtown Master Plan will guide redevelopment, infrastructure and façade improvements, and encourage future public and private investment in a way that improves the quality of life as defined by community members and stakeholders.

Interested parties should submit in a sealed envelope addressed to Samantha Beckman: five (5) copies of the proposal along with an electric PDF delivered by flash drive by 12:00PM CST on Friday, September 15, 2023. Please mark “Proposals for the City of Brookings Downtown Master Plan” on the envelope and deliver to 520 3rd Street, Suite 230, Brookings, SD 57006.
