                                                          NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON AN INITIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Brookings Behavioral Health and Wellness has submitted an Initial Development Plan within a Planned Development District on the following described real estate:

Lots 1-3, the South 25 Feet of Lot 4, the East 65 Feet of the North 25 Feet of Lot 4 and the East 65 Feet of the South 27 Feet of Lot 5, All in Block 5 of the Original Plat Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings County South Dakota.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Com­mission is a recommendation to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
