NOTICE OF HEARING

                                                   UPON PETITION TO REZONE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CD Properties, LLC has submitted a petition to rezone the following described real estate in the City of Brookings and Brookings County, South Dakota:

The North 225 Feet of the South 265 Feet of the East 308.18 Feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter in Section 36, Township 110, Range 50 and the South 225 Feet of Lot 100 in Block 2 of Windermere Pointe Addition, all in the City of Brookings, Brookings County South Dakota.

The request is to rezone the above described real estate from Business B-2A Office District to Business B-2 District.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Com­mission is a recommendation to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
