Ordinance 23-027

An Ordinance certifying the 2024 City of Brookings Property Tax Levy to the Brookings County Finance Officer. 

Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that the City Manager is hereby directed to certify the following amount of Property Tax Levy to the County Finance Officer of Brookings County, South Dakota, in the manner provided by law.

General Fund                       $3,993,728

Any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Second Reading:                 September 12, 2023
