Ordinance 23-029

An Ordinance Pertaining to an Application for a Conditional Use 

to Establish a Hair Salon as a Major Home Occupation in a Residence R-1B Single-Family District.

Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional Use Permit shall be approved to operate a hair salon on Lot 15, Block 10, East Acres Second Addition, also known as 2031 Derdall Drive.

All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
