NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON A CHANGE IN ZONE REGULATIONS

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the City of Brookings has submitted amendments to Chapter 94, Zoning, pertaining to Sec. 94-136, Sec. 94-137, and Sec 94-161 for the purposes of adding a Public Transportation Facility as a permitted use in the Industrial I-1 Light District, Industrial I-2 Heavy District and Industrial I-1R Restricted District.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, October 3 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
