UPON PETITION TO VACATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Bluehill Inc. has submitted a petition to vacate the following:

Lucerne Circle as platted in the Plat of 23^rd Street South; Cascade Circle; Lucerne Avenue; Lucerne Circle; Grey Goose Street; and Ace Avenue Right of Ways.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the City Council at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.

Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
